Reminders
The things that come round again
Reminders are for what repeats or has a due date: the yearly boiler service, the insurance, the bill, emptying the septic tank. A manager creates them, in Reminders.
Every reminder belongs to someone
It always has an Assignee, who gets the alerts and takes care of it.
When it repeats
It can be one-off or repeat, up to once a year. When you complete one due date, the app sets up the next one by itself.
The alerts
On the due date, the alert always arrives. In Advance reminders you can add more alerts before it, in hours, days or weeks. Alerts arrive early in the morning in the app; by email, on the due date and once it has passed.
Snooze or complete
If it isn’t the right time, you snooze it (+1 day, +3 days, +1 week). When it’s done, you complete it: the app asks whether you paid anything, and if you enter an amount the expense arrives in Expenses, to be confirmed.
The history
Every snooze and every completion stays in the reminder’s history: you can see who did what, and when.
